— Our Commitments —

How We Lead & Serve

These are the convictions we expect from every leader and ministry worker—so our church family is cared for, disciples are formed, and new communities of faith can grow across Mokono and beyond.

01

We teach the Word faithfully

Our first responsibility is to open Scripture clearly and apply it with humility. In every gathering and ministry, we point people to Jesus, not personalities, and we guard sound doctrine with love.

02

We shepherd people, not programs

We know names, stories, and burdens. Leaders listen, pray, and follow up—welcoming newcomers, strengthening families, and walking with believers through challenges and growth.

03

We raise disciple-makers

We don’t measure success by attendance alone. We help people learn obedience to Christ, grow in spiritual habits, and step into serving—so every believer is equipped to disciple others.

04

We multiply healthy communities

We train and send teams to start and strengthen local fellowships. As God provides, we invest in leaders, prayer, and practical support so new churches can take root and flourish.

05

We lead transparently and responsibly

We handle resources with accountability, speak truthfully, and resolve conflict biblically. Our goal is a culture of trust where service is sincere and leadership reflects Christlike character.
